Create text with more guidance and examples for functionsPerformed and functionPerformed (replacing functions and function) in the TL as well as the BPG.

As a note for the TEI XML files and the transformation of the TLs: <functionsPerformed> and <functionPerformed> should be created as new files under "eac3", while <functions> and <function> should be moved from "shared" to "ead4". At the EAD team meeting on 27 June it was decided to keep <functions> in EAD as they are for now and to bring this to the TS-EAS annual meeting in August. Even if we decide to go down a similar road for EAD, i.e. renaming the elements, having moved them from "shared" to "ead4" will make that change easier later on as well.

Hi @ailie-s I've just been looking at these for inspiration while I am working on the "Functions in EAD" paper for the annual meeting and found some minor things to update:

• It looks like the "seealso" for the TEI XML file of <functionPerformed> still refers to the old content model of <relation> with sub-element <targetEntity>, which has now been replaced by <label> alongside some changes with regard to where attributes are located. The text should be rephrased to "Use relation with targetType "function" when describing the relationship between the function and the CPF entity being described in more detail.".
• In both TEI XML files, the encoding examples still say <function> resp. <functions>.
