create simple dashboard (Dashboard.tsx)

• Located in screens folder
• Should contain a logout button, manage emergency announcement button, class roster button, user information at the header of the screen
• Buttons do not have to have a function now
• Dashboard should be somewhat visually appealing (not too important)
