Define use cases and desired functionality for herd management simulation and scenarios

Goal:

• Develop a set of application categories for how users commonly want to use the herd simulation (// animal module?)
• Have the model flexibility to be able to use the simulation for each of those applications
• Be able to clearly describe the inputs needed, model config settings, simulation approach (# runs, length of time), and post-processing / interpretation of outputs for each application
• Be able to sustainably continue to expand the set of management scenarios that can be represented in RuFaS while maximizing simplicity and clarity of use
