Window restores across all monitors after maximizing

Summary
When using three monitors horizontally, restoring the PicView window after maximizing causes the window to stretch across all displays.

Details
・I am using three displays arranged horizontally.
・When I open an image in PicView, the window initially fits the image size correctly.
・After maximizing the window and then restoring it, the restored window expands across the entire width of all three monitors instead of returning to its original size.
・PicView version: 4.2.0
・OS: Windows 11 25H2

Window Restore Fixes
Problem
After switching the main window to fullscreen and then restoring it back to normal mode, the restored window can sometimes get an invalid size. In particular, the window width may become larger than the current monitor.

Restore path
The main flow is:

The saved size and position are applied in:

src/PicView.Avalonia/WindowBehavior/WindowFunctions.cs

Cause
InitializeWindowSizeAndPosition applied the saved Settings.WindowProperties.Width, Height, Left, and Top values directly.

If the saved size is larger than the current monitor working area, for example after fullscreen/maximize, DPI changes, monitor changes, or an incorrect bounds save, the restored window can become wider than the screen.

Fix
Before applying the saved window bounds, constrain them to the current screen:

width is limited to screen.WorkingArea.Width / screen.Scaling;
height is limited to screen.WorkingArea.Height / screen.Scaling;
window position is clamped inside screen.WorkingArea;
window.MinWidth, window.MinHeight, window.MaxWidth, and window.MaxHeight are respected.
