End-to-end testing with testnet mints and lightning mockups

Set up E2E test suite using testnet mints and lightning network mockups to validate full payment flows without real funds.

testnet mints are the right approach but the tricky part is making the tests deterministic. lightning payment tests are inherently async with variable confirmation times, so you need robust polling with configurable timeouts rather than fixed waits. we learned this building E2E tests for async payment-like flows. also isolate each test's wallet state completely because leftover balances from previous test runs cause cascading failures. for the mockup layer, make sure failed payment paths are tested just as thoroughly as success paths, most payment bugs we've seen are in the error handling code not the happy path.

@m13v yeah right, we are also planning to add that kind of isolated tests with real conditions using some agent automation techniques .. the idea of wallet state isolation is the right approach, thnx for the hint
