Wrong cards when generating from pdf with bullet points and subheadings

Hi,
I have a problem. When I try to generate cards from a PDF or Word document with bullet points or subheadings, it leads to incorrect cards or mixes information incorrectly. The same issue occurs when there are tables.

How can I solve this?
