Scripts only load when Homebrew app is open

Basically what the title says, ssh only starts when the homebrew app is open, and so are the scripts in /var/lib/webosbrew/init.d
Any idea how to fix this?
Tried to copy jumpstart.sh to /media/cryptofs/apps/usr/palm/services/com.palmdts.devmode.service but did not work
