PRISM v2.20.2 released

v2.20.2 is out — a packaging + front-door hardening patch from two external reviews. No framework mechanic changes.

• A real lint gate. CI now validates frontmatter, manifest JSON + version consistency, cross-file references across the Skill archive, and the packaged plugin — on every push, tag, and PR. It would have caught everything below before release.
• Packaging fixes. Malformed YAML in the loader and a command, a stale snapshot reference, an unresolved section reference, and unquoted command hints — all fixed.
• A simpler front door. The README now opens with an action-first Start here: choose your path, pick a quick brief or a full audit, and follow one card at a time — plus pointers for resuming and for repo-backed (cross-device) operation.
