Smoker - Parts Count

Sprint 3 Involves the Inventory Counts:

• Users will be able to view the quantity of parts in the inventory.
• Users will be able to add or subtract from the available quantity.

Smoker should be feature complete in all of these, but these should be QA'd and verified to make sure they work as expected.

• (d)ump displays a list of current counts
• (s)can displays count and bin when scanning an already-existing item
• (u)pdate updates count directly

scan needs to be re-thought a bit to allow updating of item counts when putting items back.

Perhaps, u100 would mean, update the last part to have a count of 100. Maybe we could add support for +100, -10, etc. in update and the above system.
