Clean up multiple tag usage - tracking issue

The current method of using several tags at once is not quite pretty. It's also pretty much the best vector for SQL injection if people know what they're doing look at the code for more than two seconds.

Tracking list for fixing this:

• Find a way to match more than one value using SQLite #3
• Clean up inputs to make it work with bind parameters #4
• Implement bound arguments for lists/arrays #5
• Stop doing things one tag at a time, this is slow #6
