File import

There needs to be file import of some sort.

Possible/eventual:

• Toolbox/Shoebox SFM
• simple CSVs
• Anki decks??
• XmLex (see [31] ISO 1951 #9)
• whatever comparable applications are exporting

If it can be made extensible:

• the output of IbranChange

(really should be extensible)
