ZX Spectrum Next starts at 3.5 MHz

What I'm getting at is that all software expects 3.5 MHz at startup. It might make sense to start at that frequency. Anyone who needs to can quickly select the desired value using the left and right arrow keys in the browser.

Actually, the Next/TBBlue does start at 3.5 MHz, as this is required to initialise the SD card properly. However, later in the boot process, before launching the Next browser, it switches CPU speeds.

In my current core, which is still WIP, I had to limit the maximum CPU speed during boot to 14 MHz for stability reasons. After that, the CPU speed can only be changed manually using F8.

This will change once I finish working through the stability issues. Then I’ll remove this lock, and the CPU speed will be controlled by NextOS, as it should be.
