Hi,
I noticed that this repository distributes a binary version of the zxnext core, which is originally licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 only (GPLv3). However, I could not find the corresponding source code for this binary in the repository or any clear offer to provide it.
Under GPLv3, when you convey a covered work in object (binary) form, you must also provide access to the complete corresponding source code under the terms of section 6 of the license. Simply hosting the binary without the source (or without a written offer valid for at least three years) does not comply with the license.
Could you please:
Add the full corresponding source code used to build this binary, or
Provide a clear and valid written offer to obtain the source, as required by the GPLv3.
It’s important for both legal compliance and the spirit of open source that downstream users have the same freedoms to study, modify, and share the code.
Thank you for looking into this.
