Allow for removal of ChEBIs in a list of ChEBIs in the pipeline. This does not have to be a feature in the plot (though this would be nice), but could be a preprocessing step.
We could perhaps call this list "CRAP", for "ChEBIs Regulary Appearing in Papers"? For now, I would include water, glucose and the elements/elemental ions, including isotopes, and elementary particles such as electrons.
