Generation Errors

1.) Locations which require a specific scarecrow item fails to generate if scarecrowsanity is disabled. This includes:

• Stone Tower Scarecrow Pots
• Path to Snowhead Scarecrow Pillar HP
• Great Bay Scarecrow Ledge HP
• Zora Cape Scarecrow Chest

2.) Moon/Majora requirements involving scarecrows and/or frogs with their relative sanity option disabled fails at output. Idea to throw an option error early in generation stating the sanities must be enabled. Additionally, "Star Fox" requirement is overridden when "Masks Required" option is disabled.

Partially a generation issue, but mostly a logic one:

"Shuffled Spider House Rewards" can end up with items making it impossible to achieve outside of No Logic when Skulltula checks are set to "Ignore" (i.e. Hookshot on Ocean Spider House Reward.")
