[Suggestion] Allow specific blocks or entities to dynamically block neutrons?

iin the current version of CROWNS, retracting or inserting control rods inevitably creates a window where neutrons are completely unshielded. If the reactor environment is already extreme during this gap, it can lead to a reactor meltdown.

This is a duplicat of an other issue. It as been chosen to focus on a dedicated control rod block rather than allowing contraption to interact with the radiation. It might be a thing in the futur but not for now.
