Profile folder getting recreated on start-up

Thanks for this very useful product. I just upgraded to version 2.1.1. All my profiles from the previous version were not showing up in this new version. Fortunately I only have about 4 printers so I recreated all the profiles.

However, closing and reopening StudioBrige all the profiles I created disappeared again.

I watched the default profile folder, and observed that the folder is unlinked/recreated every time StudioBridge starts, which seems to cause that data loss.

We changed the location of the default folder.

Instead of being directly visible in your user profile directory, it is now “hidden” in the same folder. The name was changed from “Studio Bridge” to “.studio-bridge”. This change follows the common standard used by other applications to keep the user profile directory cleaner and more organized.
I forgot to include this change in the README — it is mentioned in the release notes though. I’ll add it there.
To resolve this quickly and easily on your end, simply go to the settings and click the “Reset to Default” button for the profile path. After that, everything should work as expected again.

I will take a look in the code and implement an automatic solution for it
