upgrade shadcn calendar to the supported react 19 version

Shadcn calendar relies on react-day-picker packages, but shadcn uses v8 of react-day-picker instead of v9 which has problem with peer dependencies of react 19

Keep track of the changes for the calendar and upgrade to v9 as soon as possible
