List of my Minecraft servers

Hello! 👋 I have a feature suggestion for the bot.

Could you add a command that simply displays a list of all Minecraft servers that are currently linked to the bot in this Discord server?

It would also be great if each server in the list had a small "Remove" button next to it, so admins can easily delete a server from the list without typing full commands.

Something like this would make server management much easier, especially when handling multiple Minecraft servers (Java and Bedrock).
