Problem Description
RVCK currently has no available USB support on the SpacemiT K3 COM260 board, and devices plugged into the onboard USB port cannot be recognized or enumerated.
Implementation Description
Enable USB 3.0 Host on the COM260 board to make the usb3_portb controller work, and the four physical ports under the onboard VL817 hub can properly recognize USB 2.0/USB 3.0 devices.
