Sharing data with the Sheffield SORT team

The app is meant to be self-deployable and we should provide an easy way to receive the consented data to our. This can be done by implementing and endpoint API for receiving SORT data.

• Allow managers to consent to share data (should this be per survey/project/organisation?)
• Automatically detects that the app is not running on SORT server and send metrics back if there's consent
• Implement endpoint for receiving the shared data
