Add unit to PricesResponse

Add "unit" to PricesResponse along with "currency" to make it clear what unit the price relates to, e.g. "kW".

Agree. But should be kWh in this case, no? to avoid confusion? cos they should calculate with this as if it were a transmission feee?

Since the unit is included in the tariff component referring to the PricesResponse, that would be redundant and open up for conflicting units, if they differ.
