fix(ui): sync all VPS changes - notRead, IBIT, DCA flags, pending guards

Cumulative fixes:
- notRead: 未读取→读取失败
- Remove duplicate span 允许融资
- optionOverlayOn/DefaultSimple: drop 策略默认
- Schwab & LongBridge dca: true
- IBIT block always hidden, exit auto-set from DCA mode
- Remove IBIT from summary and pending checks
- strategyChanged/modeChanged/pluginModeChanged guards for new accounts
