Installation has been the largest source of user questions. The two major problems have been finding the plugins folder, and getting the right things in there. It doesn't help that the docs are out of date and give paths for SketchUp 7, or that the outer distribution folder is called Flattery, and the inner ruby package folder is called flattery, differing only by capitalization. Using GitHub for distribution will fix the second problem, but the first will require updated and more detailed instructions, probably using "Go To Folder..." on macs, and "Run..." on Windows.
