Run different rtc-tools workflows in the same worker

Based on the worker type.
Now the GROW_TASK_TYPE is set as env var of the optimizer worker. This value should be passed to the worker where the appropriate function can then be called.
Would make it much easier to scale, especially since about 10 different workflows are expected.
