Add scroll-to-top button for easier navigation

Issue

Users must manually scroll to the top of long pages.

Solution

Add a scroll-to-top button with smooth scrolling.

Expected Behavior :

• Visible after scrolling down
• Smoothly scrolls to the top when clicked
• Matches the website's UI design

Hi @ProdigyV21 , I would like to work on this enhancement under GSSoC 2026.

I reviewed the requirement and plan to implement a scroll-to-top button that appears once the user has scrolled beyond a defined threshold on the page. The button will be positioned in a non-intrusive location, follow the existing design language of the website, and provide a smooth scrolling experience back to the top when clicked. I will also ensure that the feature works consistently across different pages, screen sizes, and devices while maintaining accessibility and responsiveness.

I have previously contributed several UI and user experience improvements, and I would be happy to work on this enhancement. Please assign it to me.
