Update the F-Droid article

I'm not too familiar yet with the technical details of the F-Droid article or with what I am about to link, but it seems like there are some changes that F-Droid has made that affect the article

low fdroidclient targetsdk -> raised, v1 index format -> v2, privileged extension -> unattended updates API implemented

May want to also mention how F-Droid's negligence has caused f-droid.org to temporarily go down, and how it has caused them to be severely impacted by Google's developer verification
