Describe your suggestion:
New command that staff members have access to that puts a welcome message in chat with info about the /rules command and /pronouns so we dont have to type out a long message every time someone joins. Something like /welcome which would put "Welcome to the server, please be sure to read /rules and set your pronouns with /pronouns" in the chat
