[Feature]: Automatic Badge backup the first time Nimbus is opened

What feature do you want to see added?

Since Nintendo Badge Arcade badges are no longer downloadable, it's better having Nimbus backing the badge directory up to somewhere on the SD card.

Why do you want to have this feature?

1. Because people can open Nintendo Badge Arcade and lose the badges forever
2. Reckessly unlinking/removing the NNID or formatting the console (mostly for fixing issues that are not even close to the actual solution), and once again rip badges
3. A rare situation that makes the badges disappear forever with just regular usage (it happened to me before)

In my opinion, it's important lowering the chance of losing stuff that people don't want to lose!

@DaniElectra what are your thoughts on this? My gut reaction is it's not within scope, since Nimbus is supposed to just be our network patches, but I'm not entirely closed off to the idea if it's causing real issues for people
