[Enhancement]: Add Game Specific Errors (090 + 140)

What enhancement would you like to see?

I wish to see information for the game specific error codes added into this repository to be integrated into the Bandwidth embed eventually.

Any other details to share? (OPTIONAL)

Current examples of this error category include errors from the Monster Hunter DLC servers, although I believe Monster Hunter Frontier has its own error codes too under the 140 category.

I'm now remembering that Pokemon Global Link is also a major contributor to the game specific error codes. Those would ideally be included as well.

Sure, why not. I don't own Monster Hunter and such so I probably won't add these myself, but I'm accepting the request so anyone else can PR it in
