Inaccuracy in output command

When filtering the technology and when I enter filter the index number, the command should read as invalid filter. However, it says this topic is not available.

This could be an improvement for future versions but I would not see this as a bug, your input filter 5 indicates that you want to filter topics under the topic name '5' and since there are no articles under that topic, it shows that the topic is not available, which is valid.
