[FEATURE] Compatibility of pandapower converter with short circuit calculation

Describe the feature request

When we created pandapower converter, PGM did not support short circuit calculations. We have it available now. A user can convert the data to be used for short circuit however not all attributes are being converted.

For eg. ext_grid has a min and max value for sk and rx. Generator has special subtranasient resistance value.

We need to either support these or highlight this issue in the documentation.
