Can do slice with Bambu Studio, but cannot be used with Handy

Error will be reported as Cloud Slicing failed, something like that.

I am using Polymaker PETG, imported preset downloaded, doing slicing in bambu studio is fine. But sending job via handy will fail.

I am using Bambu P2S.

I tried to edit the settings, and removed all custom start g-code. Then handy will work again, no, still not working.

Looks like it's not related to the custom start gcode, it's related to the filament series, I created a profile, seledcted PETG type, and input "Basic" as the serlies (since they asked for this required information), then copy from the imported Polymaker PETG profile, and then I can do handy cloud slice with the new profile.

Well, first import downloaded JSON file download from the website, and then imported as preset. For example, using "Polymaker PETG", we will see "Polymaker PETG" filament show up in custom filament.

When doing printing from bambu handy, I can select to use my own custom filament, and then select "Polymaker PETG", after sending to printer, I will got a error such as "Failed on slicing on cloud side", something like that. And I also cannot do printing with Bambu studio as well, if select this filament type.
