POWER makes the object indestructible

So i have my baserules in levelpack_baserules

but SELECTCURSOR doesn't dissapear.


I have also tried NOT X, but any POWER makes the object indestructible somehow.

You put your rules in levelpack_baserules, which means in order for those rules to be active, you need to have a "level is movement" rule active. You'd have to rename a text object to "text_movement", then form "level is movement" with that rename text object.

Alternatively, you can just put your baserules in persist_baserules to make them always active.
