Are there any plans to move the template to Bootstrap 3?

No plans on my side. It would require some work as bootstrap 3 changed a lot of things, and I have no plans to spend time in the development of this theme, but contributions are welcome if something wants to do it ;)-.

Still no plan for Bootstrap 3 ?
Someone seems to have a started a fork for Bootstrap 3 : https://github.com/joerg-krause/simple-theme-piwigo/tree/bootstrap3 but I haven't tested it.
(I must admit that I'm satisfied with the current state of this theme but as Bootstarp 2 is no longer maintained...)

No plans for me as it is a lot of work and I don't have the time/motivation for this. I have seen the fork recently but I didn't try it.
