Hostage Freed, Capture Zone Arbitrary Code on Success

Fields for
"On Capture"
"On Recapture"

Fields for arbitrary code execution when a zone is captured. This would allow us to set variables, have the mission fire off events, and utilize BI's task framework when zones have been secured. Also, it would be nice to be able to use code to check whether or not a zone is captured and by whom.

For Hostages

"On Freed" and "On Rescued" would be nice. "OnDeath" could be cool but isn't really necessary

For capturezones:
CaptureZoneName_var = boolean
CaptureZoneName_teamControlling = string with team controlling or "UNCONTESTED"/"CONTESTED"
