Cant send neo

I ve got 8 neo. I cant send them. I fill the receiving adres but nothing happens.

Trying to send NEO to Binance, app is not allowing me to send. Asset is chosen (Neo), address (Binance) is selected, and amount of NEO (2) is input. Button to confirm is pressed and nothing happens. Like this
