display connection to attachment point

If it would be possible to determine which object a given grob is attached to (say, an articulation to the note) -- and if it's possible to determine LilyPond's anchor points (which I'm not really sure about) it would be nice to display a grey hairline between the two objects on hovering and dragging.

Do you also consider the possibility of changing anchor point?

You mean dragging an object from one "parent" to another?
Might be an idea, but this would require recompilation (which doesn't say it's a bad idea).

But I didn't think about that.

What I thought was more or less some better visual feedback while hovering and while dragging elements.
