Upstream: Metaphlan2 should be an installable package

Nicola Segata has expressed interest in pulling the changes if we add a setup.py file to the Metaphlan2 code.

If we were also able to make Metaphlan aware of the database file location, this would cut down on some configuration for our wrapper software.
