Installing from requirements.txt

Trying to install on ubuntu 16.04 and getting

$ pip install bayesopt
Collecting bayesopt
Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement bayesopt (from versions: )
No matching distribution found for bayesopt

[cooperlab]

bayesopt is not pip installable and will have to be installed from source. You can also use the Docker image instead. This will be resolved in the next version.

Has the next version resolving this issue been released? I am still having issues with bayesopt requirement.
