Timestamp of Inventory check of part lot is wrong by 4 hours

To Reproduce

1. Open a part with a existing part lot and stock
2. Click the Inventory check button and change the number of parts in the lot
3. Save

Expected behavior
Time of the Inventory check timestamp will be correct and there is not an difference of 4 hours between last change timestamp (upper right corner)

Server time is correctly displayed in the Server infos:
