Blood Omen 2 SLUS-20024 9A8DC7D3 Remove Blackbars patch doesn't work.

This patch doesn't seem to be working. The opening cutscenes still have blackbars when the patch is enabled and it looks the same with it disabled. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Or maybe it's not all ingame cutscenes?
