Although data in the US is very often open, it far less frequently has a clear license. We are continuing to add sources where ever possible in the US but so much of the data is just made public without any further explanation of how it can or cannot be used. Education and outreach on possible licenses and their implications is part of our long term approach to improving the situation. |

Category Feedback
There is significant discrepancy in address coverage between openaddresses and Overture Maps, for example in PA, CA, and GA. What is the reason for this? Data integrity? Much of the data in those states are from official government sources. Is it possible to add the missing addresses?
Dependency with other categories, if any.
