[Transportation] Zebra or Marked Crossing

Expected behaviour

I was hoping to find attribution for crossings, specifically zebra or marked crossings in the transportation category. Looking at the schema docs I notice that for connectors it says:

Apart from their point geometry and the core properties required for all Overture features, connectors do not have any other properties.

I cannot tell if this is just a statement of fact or if its a design philosophy. The reason I ask, is I'm thinking about how crossings will appear in the schema once they make it into overture.

In OSM it is common to mark nodes as crossings, that is, the properties are on the nodes. If that is not the way we would like to do it in overture I suppose it could be linearly referenced with the at attribute?

Again, just trying to get this feature request on your radar in case it wasn't already there! Thanks!

This is on the roadmap and an important feature as you've noted. No timeline yet, but will let you know when we have something ready for feedback. We'd like to capture this for both crosswalk connectors and segments.
