Memory-map input BSA files for improved performance

When updating libespm, I found that [memory-mapping](https://github.com/WrinklyNinja/libespm/blob/master/include/libespm/Plugin.h#L54-L55) significantly improved the performance of reading large plugins, and the same will no doubt be true for BSAs.
