Heroku api call error

When I deploy dshop on heroku, I created admin account and error occurred, any fix pls

I also got this early today when I deployed Heroku App (free plan). However, I guess this happened when my login credentials (either email or pass word) may have had a typo. With correct credentials, I don't get this error but still unable to login. Would you please allow to use Heroku free plan untill I setup/customize things on the app. Upon successful testing and when things pickup a bit I'd consider Hobby plan.

This works on master but our Heroku deployment lives on the release branch and is out of sync with master.

We would love to get help from the community to upgrade the Heroku release branch. The work involved in syncing the repo is described at a high level here, but I suspect there has been a lot of changes since last time we synced. One should carefully review the repo structure and look for new directories that have been created since last time we sync, etc...
