Hi @stefaniebutland, thanks for starting the infrastructure for this (folder and agenda and spreadsheet). I've started a list of folks to include that we can add to the participants list in our notes - next week would you be able to help work from this for inviting folks?

First call we had 28 total people, from NOAA Fisheries, NASA, Fred Hutch, Intertidal, Pathways to Open Science, CryoCloud, ESA (briefly), Openscapes Core Team.

• Purpose: celebrate mentors coaching work, tie directly to cloud migration.
• Outcomes: awesome post
• Process: Julie draft, share with Eli and Tara and Stef; Stef shares with Mentors and publishes with any Julie feedback. Publish date ~June 26.

It's been a joy to write. I am honing my process: print out the agendas, go to a cafe or park and read them with a nice coffee and notebook to sketch out the post, come back to the computer and write ❤️

LOVE that you shared your process! And that printing is not always a bad thing. I had a great experience reviewing earthaccess hackday survey feedback and applying it to ESIP plan by taking time outside for it - yes with laptop but the intentional away from my desk helped me relax and focus.

I like knowing your process for ESIP too Stef! Being outside is so key; I am out with my laptop as I type :)

I've finished the first draft of the Mentors' blog post and will email now.
