Make template executable

This codebase is currently a bootstrap script more than a template. Its value would be significantly increased by making it executable as a demonstration instance.

Interesting.

So, if we were to do something like this we should

• Add a script on the engine ota generate that would basically replace the init.sh
• Adapt the code so that it replaces server IP, names, etc (will be a bit more difficult than replacing placeholders like the ones we use now)
• Get a new server to deploy this instance

This would also have the benefit of having the workflows at the root and being able to be referenced from the collection repository.

In case this happens, it would be easier to fix this kind of bug as we today need to make a fix on each collection repo.
