[FEATURE] Lock achievements after generating achievement schema #156

Prerequisites

  • I have searched existing issues and confirmed this has not been requested.

Problem / motivation

some games when achievements are fetched come unlocked cause the accounts the achievements are fetched from already have some unlocked.

Proposed solution

after fetching achievements for a lua game, lock them.
if a game is updated or new achievements are later added, lock the new ones.
