[BUG] Lag when launching apps with `steam://launch/<appid>`

Prerequisites

• I have searched existing issues and confirmed this has not been reported.
• I am using the latest build version from the releases page.

Windows version

Windows 11 25H2 (26200.8655)

Describe the bug

When launching apps using the link steam://launch/<appid> where <appid> is a ID matching a Lua script, there's a lag of like 5-6 seconds before opening the dialog for installation. While with a Steam owned app there's near zero lag.

Steps to reproduce

1. Just launch steam://launch/<lua_app_id> from browser or link

Expected behavior

Small lag.

Actual behavior

Need to wait 5-6 seconds before something's happening.
